Masala Chai is a classic Indian spiced black tea. Literally meaning “Spiced Tea,” this Masala Chai is warm, spicy, and comforting. While it is usually best enjoyed with milk and sugar, this tea is also quite tasty on its own. Masala Chai can be traced back thousands of years and was originally a medicinal drink thought to cure mild ailments, such as headaches or fatigue.
How to Brew (loose leaf) Tea: Measure 3g of tea for every 12oz of water. Water: Heat water to 195 degrees. Steep: Steep for 4-6 minutes.
